Prices

Prices are always listed on all products, and VAT is always included in the price. We reserve the right to change the price of a product. Prices listed on our webpage when you placed the order is the price you will pay.

Unclaimed items

Unclaimed packages will automatically be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge freight and processing fee for a total of SEK 250 for every unclaimed item.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2-7 days unless otherwise indicated. We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that the delivery charges DO NOT include import costs that may be due for non EU countries when the package reaches the country of destination.

Shipping

Posten AB delivers all packages within Sweden while FedEx delivers all international orders.. For customers ordering within Sweden, shipping is free of charge. For shipment to locations outside of Sweden there will be a shipment cost.

Exchanges, returns and refund

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product you ordered from our website/web shop for any reason within 14 days of the delivery to given address. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused (in such a state that we can deem it fit to be restocked and resold). All original packaging, laces etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. You will get your refund when the goods are returned to us.

Items bought in our web shop cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only at our web shop.

Returns and exchanges are free of charge within Sweden. You will be fully refunded when the goods are returned in full condition.

Outside of Sweden, the customer is responsible for the return and freight cost of the item back to Beyene. Items lost during transport will not be compensated. Please return package well wrapped. Refund only when the goods are returned in full condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the postage or handling charge. Do not forget to include your name, address and telephone number.

Wrong delivery

If you have the wrong item delivered, please contact us by email or telephone. We always correct any wrong delivery, and Beyene will pay for the freight cost. Full refund if your ordered item is out of stock.

Security

All transactions are handled by ePay payment services. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.

ePay is certified according to the highest level of the PCI standard, which requires compliance with more than 200 security controls.

Further more, all credit card payment goes through the latest security standard 3-D Secure and all data are transfered encrypted via SSL (Security Sockets Layer). 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in e-payment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).

Claims

Any faulty item will be replaced, provided that the ordered item is still in stock. Swedish Konsumentköplagen applies to the handling of complaints. You can claim an item with faulty manufacturing. If the item is damaged when delivered contact us immediately. In that way we avoid misunderstandings and you will either get a new item or your money back. Items bought in our web shop cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers, only through our web shop.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to end sales in the event that our suppliers run out of stock. We also reserve the right to change prices where additional costs occur. Sometimes it occurs that the goods you have ordered are out of stock and will need to be back ordered. This could result in your delivery being delayed. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by email.

Beyene cannot warrant that the content of this site is at all times free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Beyene can at any time change the content of the site.

Although Beyene always strives to display the correct texts, images and prices in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shipping from the web shop we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will automatically cancel.

Beyene reserves the right to subsequently correct prices, texts printed / written incorrectly on our website, products or other appropriate media. We reserve the stock changes and ev. technical errors in the web shop, browser or server.

Taxes and duties outside the EU

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to advise the exact amount of Duties and Taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local Customs.
